We accept Medicare, Highmark Blue Cross, and Aetna insurance plans. If you do not have an accepted plan or if the evaluation is not eligible for insurance billing, the following fees will apply.
The following evaluations include a diagnostic clinical interview, test administration, comprehensive report, and feedback session to discuss results and recommendations.
Adult or Child (ages 6 and up) ADHD Evaluation-$1800
Designed to assess specifically for ADHD focusing on measures of attention, processing speed, and executive functioning.
Comprehensive Adult Neuropsychological Evaluation- $3600
Designed to provide diagnostic clarity in adults (ages 16-64) who are concerned about cognitive functioning due to a variety of causes (i.e. TBI, neurologic conditions, autism, or comorbid psychiatric or medical conditions).
Comprehensive Pediatric Neuropsychological Evaluation for ages 6-15- $3600
Designed to provide diagnostic clarity in children and adolescents with concerns of undiagnosed conditions such as developmental delays, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, autism, psychiatric diagnoses and effects of other medical issues such as history of concussion, cerebral palsy, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, spina bifida, etc.
Psychoeducational Evaluation- $3600
Designed to confirm diagnoses of learning disabilities and related disorders and to provide justification for academic accommodations for school programming, and/or standardized state and national assessments, such as the SAT, ACT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, USMLE, and Bar Exam.
Intellectual Disability Diagnostic Evaluation- $2100
Designed to quantify level of intellectual ability and provide justification for services and supports.
Psychological Evaluation- $2400
Designed to clarify nature of psychological diagnoses for treatment planning purposes, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and personality disorders.
The following evaluations include clinical interview, test administration and report.
Designed to determine intellectual ability for school admittance or identification of giftedness.
Ad0ption Evaluation-$750 per parent
Designed to provide opinion regarding fitness for parenting and adoption process.
Designed to determine appropriate and safety for weapons bearing per PA Act 235.
